Webaze home Let’s talk

A custom website
that explains
what you do.

Help the right people understand what you do and take the next step. I bring your story, design and code together in a website that feels like your business and is straightforward to keep up to date.

Let’s talk about your website

Built with Cedric, at Webaze.

Content, design and code from one person.

Start with what
your visitors need.

Who are you trying to reach? What do they need to know before getting in touch? Your answers shape the pages, the words and the design, so the website gives people a clear reason to choose your business.

From the first idea
to the finished site.

Structure, copy, design and development work best together. I look after the whole website, from making your offer clear to giving you the tools to update it.

A clear structure

Decide what belongs on the site and how the pages connect. Keep the important journeys easy to find.

Content and visual design

Put your real story into clear words and a distinctive visual language. Give work, services and people the space they need.

Careful development

Build for phones, laptops and keyboard users. Make the details work as well as they look.

An editable CMS

Update your services, projects, images and everyday content yourself. Clear fields and reusable sections make changes manageable without rebuilding the page.

How a website
project works.

  1. Find the focus

Define the audience, the story and the next step each page should support.

  2. Shape the pages

Bring content and design together, then refine them with your feedback.

  3. Build and hand over

Implement the site and walk you through keeping its content current.

FAQ

Questions about
your website.

Still wondering about something? Ask me directly below.

Who designs and builds the website?

I do. I’m Cedric, the independent developer behind Webaze in Kortrijk, Belgium. Since 2018 I’ve built software for businesses across West Flanders, in Ghent and Antwerp, elsewhere in Belgium and around the world. Structure, copy, design and development come from one person, so nothing gets lost between handoffs.

What’s included?

Everything, end to end: hosting, mailboxes and SEO, plus a blog if you like, which helps Google index your site. After launch, server management takes care of the ongoing upkeep.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. Every website comes with an editable CMS with clear fields and reusable sections, so you can change services, projects, images and everyday content without rebuilding pages.

Will the website work on phones?

Yes. Every site is built for phones, laptops and keyboard users, and tested on each of them.

What does a website project look like?

We define the audience, the story and the next step each page should support. Then we shape the pages together, and I build the site and walk you through keeping it up to date.

How long does it take?

That depends on the number of pages and what they need to do. I can usually give you an estimate in our first conversation.

How is it billed?

By the hour, and only for the hours I actually work. Most clients like to agree a ceiling price up front: you know the maximum, and if it goes faster, your invoice simply gets smaller. Nice surprises only. A fixed price is possible too, in the rare cases where that fits better.

Who owns the code?

You do, always. You can ask for the code at any time and take it to another developer. Should you ever leave, my heart would bleed a little, but it’s a free world, and that’s how it should be. 😉

website make clear?
