An AI assistant for your business
that knows your work.

I build AI assistants around your knowledge, examples and preferences. An assistant that remembers what matters and helps with recurring work, without explaining everything from scratch.

Let’s shape your assistant

Built with Cedric, at Webaze.

Your knowledge, ready when you need it.

It starts with
what you already know.

AI assistants are currently my most requested service. Yours starts with the information and examples that matter to your work. It remembers your corrections, so each time it needs less explaining.

Useful where
your day happens.

Start with a job that regularly takes your attention: sorting requests, preparing reports or following up on information. We choose the channels, tools and boundaries around that job.

A mailbox of its own

A dedicated address for requests, triage and drafted replies. Relevant context can travel with the conversation, instead of getting lost in a new thread.

A voice on the phone

Make or take calls within limits you set: gather details, handle agreed questions and bring you a useful summary. You decide when a person takes over.

Your existing tools, connected

Turn incoming information into reports, organise follow-ups or move data between systems. We choose the tools and access around a specific job.

Your judgement, still central

Let it prepare, suggest and sort. Decide which actions it may take, what needs approval and when it should ask you instead of guessing.

Explain it once.
It remembers.

When your assistant doesn’t know how to do something yet, you explain it once. It learns the steps, remembers them, and the next time you ask, it simply does the job.

Take the end of the month. You tell it once: go through the bank statements, find the payments that weren’t made with the company card, and list what still needs to be paid back to whom. The month after, you just ask for the reimbursements and the overview is ready.

The more you work together, the more of these routines it takes off your hands. You decide what it may do on its own.

How we build
your AI assistant.

  1. Show me your day

The recurring requests, the scattered information, the things you keep explaining.

  2. Give it a useful foundation

Choose its knowledge, memory, tools and the decisions that stay with you.

  3. Try it. Correct it. Let it grow.

Test with realistic examples and refine the assistant through your feedback.

FAQ

Questions about
AI assistants.

Still wondering about something? Ask me directly below.

Who builds the AI assistant?

I do. I’m Cedric, the independent developer behind Webaze in Kortrijk, Belgium. Since 2018 I’ve built software for businesses across West Flanders, in Ghent and Antwerp, elsewhere in Belgium and around the world. You work directly with the person who builds and refines your assistant, not with a sales team.

What can an AI assistant do for my business?

It takes on recurring work: sorting requests in its own mailbox and drafting replies, handling agreed questions on the phone, turning incoming information into reports, and moving data between the tools you already use. Once you explain a routine, such as the month-end overview of reimbursements, it remembers it.

Is this the same as a chatbot?

No. A chatbot answers questions on your website. An assistant also works behind the scenes: its own mailbox, the phone and the tools you already use.

What stays under my control?

You decide which actions it may take on its own, what needs your approval first, and when it should ask you instead of guessing. You can correct it at any time, and it learns from those corrections.

What happens to my data?

Your data is processed in the EU, or as close as possible to where you are if your business is based outside Europe.

Are there running costs?

Yes, but they’re usually much lower than people expect. And far cheaper than having someone on the payroll who’s available 24/7.

How is it billed?

By the hour, and only for the hours I actually work. Most clients like to agree a ceiling price up front: you know the maximum, and if it goes faster, your invoice simply gets smaller. Nice surprises only. A fixed price is possible too, in the rare cases where that fits better.

How long does it take?

It depends on what the assistant needs to do. We start with one recurring job, test it with realistic examples and expand from there. I can usually give you an estimate in our first conversation.

What would you
like off your mind?

Tell me about a task you keep repeating or information you keep searching for. You don’t need a technical brief to start the conversation.

I read every message myself and reply within one working day. No sales team, no obligation. Your details are only used to reply. See our privacy policy.
